• Powder Coating - As a true custom job shop, we can coat one part or thousands for our customers. We offer colors ranging from mild to wild, such as candies, pearls, metallic and clear coats. Part size capability up to 6’ x 6’ x 20 ft. All parts receive degreasing and phosphate with rinse pretreatment prior to coating to ensure good corrosion protection and adhesion.
• Ceramic Coatings - IPC offers ceramic coatings for exhaust systems components. Ceramic coatings can with stand temperatures up to 2,000 degrees F. and provide great corrosion protection.
• Painting - IPC offers painting services for commercial and industrial customs will offer full paint and body for motorcycles, passenger cars and full Race.
• Special Masking - We get asked all the time “can a part be masked to prevent coating from getting in areas that it’s not supposed to be?” The answer at IPC is… YES! We use high temp polyester tapes and silicone plugs to keep your parts protected.
• Light Assembly - Post coating light assembly is available for our customers. IPC also can ware house products and ship as needed or wait for customer pick up.
• Coating Removal - Sandblasting, burn-off, chemical stripping services are available to save you time and money. IPC is your one stop coating shop!
